I'm not saying if anyone's fat or anything, but I wonder if this is a part of autism? I have a very big head, big hands, a big stomach , big feet, etc. and it can cause problems sometime.

I am male, tall (6'4"), have big hands, big feet and, as I have been reminded since I was a toddler, an exceptionally big head, though I have come to appreciate the extra grey matter. Not fat in the stomach though.

I am short (5'1") with small hands and feet. I am a little bit overweight, though.

I've read that big heads are common on the spectrum.

Mine's not noticably huge, but hats never fit me.

I am significantly overweight but probably more due to an underactive thyroid (and not enough medication for that) than Aspergers, or is it? Could the two be related? I wonder if there are any others amongst us with thyroid problems and read recently that thyroid problems could be caused as a result of a very stressful existence (which is of course typical).

Same here only I'm 5'2".

And my hands and feet are very small proportionally to that.

The only part of me bigger than normal that I know of is my eyeballs and my weight, but even the weight was only in adulthood, I was a bit over-thin in childhood.

Hmm... how old are you, Spokane? If you're under twenty you may simply be thinking "big" because your body's more woman-shaped now, which means way bigger hips/boobs/butt than when it was still girl-shaped, and you're readjusting your mental picture. Takes a while to stop tripping over your own feet and bruising your hips on things when you're suddenly bigger and shaped differently than you were before... happens to most people in their teens, but for an Aspie who doesn't quite know where everything is at any given time, it takes longer!

Anyway, I'm big, but that's only obesity. Medium frame otherwise. Size eight shoes, long fingers but not overly long... unusually broad shoulders, for a female, but then I've always looked a bit androgynous.

I'm pretty proportional, more or less. But I have VERY long, highly developed legs (as is befitting a rabbit). Also, I apparently have a large head.

Back in Basic Training, the Tech Instructor demanded someone donate their cover, so he could demonstrate the proper way to put it on. I was up front, so I volunteered mine. The TI, a huge [scary] man, put it on and it promptly fell down over his eyes. He hurled it back at me and demanded someone else donate their cover... someone "who doesn't have a BUCKET for a HAT."

I am 6'0", about 200 pounds (+15/-10 by season); for reference, my father is 5'6", my mom is 5'3", and they average at about 135 pounds between them. My tallest grandparent was 5'8", and my heaviest grandparent was under 180 lbs. I always attributed this to the extreme levels of hormones in beef and milk, both of which I consumed like a mad cow when I was younger. My arms and torso are long for my body height, and my feet and head are maybe 1 deviation above mean, but my hands are average for my height.

Disclaimer: I have no reason to believe this has a positive correlation to Asperger's Syndrome. If I was forced to take a guess, mine would be to a latent genetic trait with an environmental trigger, e.g. high levels of animal proteins from a rapid grwoth in meat consumption over the past 50 years triggering more rapid growth between conception and adulthood.

Nope.
I have average sized feet for someone of my age and sex, my hands seem average size, my head seems to fit my body, i'm underweight, 5'3 tall and apparently have a mouth the size of a 6 year old.

I have a charmingly lithe figure.
