I'm about to render myself bald trying to find a someone competent and informed in Arizona for discussion/evaluation/diagnosis. Please, please, please. Help needed here. *deep breath*

[ed.] Also, might it be an idea to provide forum space for doctor recommendations? We don't need to slander and bash those who don't have the knowledge base, but it might prove invaluable for those of us at the cusp of knowledge who need help.[/ed.]

I wish I could help you, I can't even find anyone in my own state *sigh*

I have more luck helping people in other states find doctors than I do in my own. The only one that I have found is a private practice in the upscale area... whose motivation appears to profit over assistance, and that does not appeal to me. If someone doesn't have my interests, needs and issue at heart when exploring this, then the endeavor is pointless.
