I use radio alarm. I just can't stand waking up to a freaking buzzer. It's freaking annoying. It's much more pleasant to wake up to music.

I use a beeping alarm. I can't wake up to music very well. It soothes me right back to sleep, which kinda defeats the purpose of it, lol.

Cell phone under my pillow case set to vibrate. I hate loud noises, and this seems to be the best way for me to wake up. Although, I should probably put a loud alarm on, give me motivation to get the heck up... Kinda hard sometimes.

I use my cell phone. I have it set to play a little tune titled "Empty Winter".

Alarm clock, digital with green display-am very fond of it (despite loathing the noise). Amazes me it's still working, given the abuse I've heaped on the "9-minute snooze button"-clock is 20+yrs. old. The beep-beep-beep does effectively wake me up & motivate me to get up (at least for long enough to shut it off).

oddly enough, I always seem to wake exactly 5 min before my alarm clock just so it wont annoy me. It doesnt matter what time I set it for...I'm always 5 minutes ahead

It is the same with me. I CURRENTLY have my blackberry set to antelopes.

Still, this is supposed to be something anyone can do.

I just use a regular radio with an alarm clock. The alarm is just a radio station I don't like very much (it's intentional), but the clock display has big numbers, so when the alarm goes off, I can see that it's time to wake up, whether I like it or not.
