I can handwrite very neatly and clearly, but when it comes to signatures, it looks like just a scribble, and when I get to my last name, it looks like the "R" got stuck together with the "O."

I used to hate the way my signature looked. It waffled between two extremes: looking like it was written by an 8-year-old boy (ever notice that boys and girls have different handwriting, as a generalization, of course?) and all precise and proper like my mom's.

Then I noticed that my dad's signature looked kind of cool. So I tried to imitate it. I was immediately successful. So I guess I have the signature-writing-style of a sixty-something-year-old man, but I'm not complaining.
