i generally made growling sounds when i was younger, both for clearing out my throat (as i had some sinus problems) and just for fun. half the time i didnt realize it. my stepdad at the time would hit me for it and tell me to stop growling at him :/ pisses me off cause, my half brother who is in his custody makes the exact same sounds while clearing his throat and his dad doesnt hit him for it... ionno.. my stepdad never liked me. i dont live with him anymore though, so its all good

I pretended to be a cat on one occasion I can remember. My cousins and I were putting on a play I'd written, and we were all cats. It was fun. :)

I don't remember making animal sounds growing up, instead I do them nowdays, cat sounds (miaoooo !), when I'm in social situations bored as hell and with nothing to say, it makes me laugh
I guess I make cat sounds because currently my only room mate is a cat

Seriously! They actually know they have to meow instead of just tail-flicking and whisker-twitching, just because their audience is human and not another cat! How perceptive is that?

lol wow XD

though my siamese can be a bit moody (its gotta be a breed standard or something o_O) i love actually having conversations with the cat, it makes it seem more like i have a small person that im caring for instead of some anti-social fatty that sleeps all day.

Starting at about 8 or 9 I learned how to call baby kittens to me using a low growling/meowing sound with a kind of vibrato on the end. It works, too! I speak cat pretty well.

Cat. Half raised by cats. Was I supposed to stop when I grew up? :)

i just noticed something...

why is Rabbit on the list of sounds to make? rabbits dont make sounds untill their death cry, and most children dont know what that sounds like unless theyre the kind with parents that hunt for food, and only the kids who go out with their parents when theyre hunting.
