Advice on going back to therapy
Page 1 of 1 [ 1 post ]
Have I allowed my critics (as in, my enemies) gain the upper hand by going back to therapy? I feel as if they're winning this battle we're having. It's been going on for almost six years and there's no sign of stopping. I've managed to get to college and even write for the college newspaper, but personally, I feel as if, despite making so many achievements, I'm still having to grapple with criticisms that I'm a lunatic and crazy and all that stuff.
So how do I address this? Do I concede the fact that I've allowed my critics to gain the upper hand?
