I am at the mall, and I was just thinking. What do many of you do when you cope? Like, if you miss someone or just feel that you need to cope for a bit. I was just wondering...

What I do, I take breaks here and there. From the computer! I lay down, not going to sleep. Unless if I do I guess that I do. I hold a soft pillow tight, thinking of something that I want to hug or hold against. I guess thats what I miss the most.. Am I not alone on this?

If I feel I need to cope with something, I take a walk and that I do at the mall anyway :) Walking is my favourite stim (lucky for me, its "acceptable" because everyone takes walks)

I cope with dope.

Not so much anymore, actually. But I have found it to be very effective in the past.

Some of the things I do to cope while at home is to visit Wrong Planet, pace, or look for a good program to watch on tv. To cope in public, I find reciting Psalm 23 to myself helpful.

I do coke off a 12 year old boy's forhead. Not a specific one, it depends from day to day. Really takes away the shakes, man.

he uses a 12 year old's forehead to put cocaine on and snorts the dust off that person's forehead. And he does it to several people depending on the time.

I think he's joking given one time his official rank was 'Huge Hard Cock' before they edited it lol

I get on the internet, listen to music, go out for a run, or tune in to my favorite parts of dialog from my DVDs.

I jump on my bed and cram my face into my jumble of pillows and blankets, a kind-of fetal on-my-knees position.

Or when my bed's not around, I just find a couch or a soft tuft of grass or something...usually I'll lay on the carpet and roll around a bit.

I freak out if there's no carpet =/ I can't cope without it.

Coping? Who copes?

If I'm home, I sit in my son's rocking game chair. If I'm somewhere else, I use my Zune or text someone or call my friends. If I'm in public, I put on my Zune and start walking. If I'm at home, we have an elliptical machine and I get on that. Put in a movie, watch it. If I'm at work, my boss will let me borrow his chair, which spins, and he'll let me sit and spin and hand flap until I feel a little better.

If I'm in full blown meltdown mode, nothing seems to help but crying and yelling.
