Failing avatars?

I just thought I'd ask, does anyone know what's up with this? Half the posts I look at have little red x's at the left. Did they change the maximum pixel size or space req's?

No, they lost the databases. Have to re-upload when they're back up.
I could upload mine unto another website and link it, but I'm really lazy so I'll wait and see if he fixes it soon.

i am soooooo torn...

on one hand, given my avatar, i'm quite happy with the idea of descending - them wings is always a help in such situations.

on the other hand, i've just been out for a run, and it's BLOODY COLD!! ! so, as far as i'm concerned, the nakedness is out. completely. no arguments. god will have to imagine nakedness under several layers of fleece, wooly gloves, jumpers and sheepskin. if he wants an argument, he's picked the wrong person.

The image that I uploaded for my avatar also got me a big red x. On closer inspection the big red x pointed to an image on wrongplanet.net that apparently didn't exist. Weird, considering I just tried this two days ago.

OTOH, I seem to change avatars every day, so no worries.
