I was recovering from risperdal and i stupidly took tobacco a month ago and it set my nerves into a riot, my nerves calmed down from that 2 weeks ago but i had like 6 pots of tea and that sent them into a riot again, further a week after i did acetyl-carnitine two regrow brain cells and conncetions but something went wrong and i had a bad weird reaction. I think it created a bunch of bad conncetions and put my brain over the edge. I dont feel the recovery proccess any more. are these reaction(s) that i have had going to severaly/ impact the recovery processs?

my naturopath doestn know much about medications effects and the online health guru/ detox specialist who is the absoulut expert in the field of recovery from pscyh medications cant give me an answer. Does any one here with any knowledge in the area know what might happen?

Only change one medication at a time. That means starting, stopping, or changing doses. Unless one med is directly needed for another's side effects, it throws your system into a tailspin to do any more.

Herbs count as medication. So does caffeine, alcohol, tobacco, and any other drug, legal or illegal, natural or manufactured, plant-based or chemical.

One at a time.

Yes, this will probably mean it takes longer... but longer isn't forever.
