(Disclaimer: im in England)

i had to visit the Dr today for something unrelated to AS + decided to ask if he knew anything about AS

he said that we could talk about it at another appointment since he needed about 15-20 mins dedicated for that.

so, i just tested the water and so far so good i guess. he did mention that its common for people to self-dx
themselves with AS but i expected that anyway

i guess im asking for any advice on the next step. im tempted to write a huge list or print of some of the
common test results but i dunno if thats a good idea or not :?

for me, seeking an official dx willo help in future employment situations + hopefully help the strained relationships with
my wife + kids

hey i went to the doctors on monday just gone to as for a refural for an assemsnet, but i took a letter with me that my councler had written from the university i did this so i did not have ot explan much as iam bad at explaning things lol.
I felt that he did not no much about AS becasue the only question he asked was why did i think i hade it. And also he was not even sure who to refur me to, the mental health team of the learning disability team lol, i just hope he gets back to me, he was waiting for the the learning disability department to get back to him and iam guessing i wait for a letter now.
