Yes in fact this has been discussed many times around here, the term is called synesthesia. I associate colors with letters, numbers and songs.

Yeah, I do. Some sounds have a bad taste, and make me nauseous, too.

This is interesting...May I go slightly off-topic here? I would picture vowels as "girls" and consonents as "boys", adding numbers was a "happy" feeling, but subtraction was a "sad "feeling. Does this mean something? Should I get out more?/ :wink:
