*PDA meaning pathological demand avoidance.
If you don't know what it is it's an autistic profile based around an extreme need for autonomy/control. It has many unique traits and is quite complex, Harry Thompson has some really good videos on it on YouTube.

Sorry, no. I looked into it recently but couldn't believe it to be a real thing, and the questionnaire seemed flawed. But I'm happy to sit back and listen to a clear explanation of what it is, and I don't say it's meaningless to everybody.

I have Pathological Routine Avoidance*. How much does that overlap with PDA?
