Federal Grant for School Aide ?

Has anyone heard of a Federal Grant that pays for a child with Asperger's to have a aide in the classroom? My son is in the 5th grade and his teacher asked me to look into it. She said she believes he needs an aide to go with him through out his day at school and she has heard that there is Fereral Grant to pay for this. Please any advise would be appreciated!

I have always heard of the school system paying for the aide if it is in the IEP.
