I read that most aspies have hazel or brown eyes. Are there any of you here with blue eyes? If so please describe yourself briefly.
I'm mostly interested in your ability to think logically without letting emotions cloud your vision of purpose.

The incidence of brown eyes among aspies is even higher than in the general population?

I have blue eyes and, while I trust my intuition, I tend to use logic for problems that don't require an instant solution. Is that what you wanted to know?

Was born with awesome blue eyes, but gradually they've gotten browner... Hazel at the moment.

Am logical to a point, sometimes I seem extremely irrational to others though.

I'm curious to know if people with blue eyes differ in personal characteristics. To those with blue eyes, do you follow logic/rules over your conscience?

My eyes used to switch between blue and green, but they've been stuck on green since i hit puberty.

I had eyes that were more blue, but they are green with gray around the pupils. I follow logic and my OWN rules.

I have blue/green/grey eyes. You could say I use logic and emotion in equal measures, except during panic attacks, freak-outs, manic episodes, and drinking binges.

Dark blue eyes, self-diagnosed, over 30, and equal parts emotional and analytical. I would say balanced and working together 98% of the time, fighting each other for control the other 2%.

I would say yes to both. However, if I am in the midst of a meltdown, all bets are off. Same thing with panic/anxiety attacks....then the emotions take hold.

It's interesting how so many aspies have their eyes change colors. My niece had blue eyes up until she was 3 and then they turned hazel.
My eyes used to be medium blue and now they are crystal blue.

I think some of us may be products of Hitler's eugenics program.

Quote:
Q: When and why does a newborn’s eye color change? Mamabaehr, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
A: Babies’ eyes change from blue to their natural color by age three. In three years, the eyes produce and store enough brown pigment to take on their natural shade.

Before that, a baby’s eyes lack melanin in the stroma—much like blue-eyed people. Special stroma cells (called melanocytes) make melanin as the baby ages. We think that the amount and the distribution of melanin stored in these cells account for iris color.
