Look at this:

I have doubts that this is an accurate social IQ test. Do you know where I can find better ones?

Yeah, it wasn't that good.

YOUR RESULT: You're a Social Joker

You do not share or play well with others. Somewhere along the line you missed out on learning key social skills. You might think handling situations in your own way is OK, but you're missing the point. Social skills are all about communicating, not acting out on emotions or bullying your way through life. Everyone wants and needs friends and relationships. It may be time to take a hard look at where your mean inner spirit comes from and if the 'tude is really working for you.

"5. Every day you go to work and put up with a colleague that continually belittles you and others. One day you decide you've had enough and it's time to deal with the situation. What do you do? "

LOL!! I`ve been in this situation so many times. i Burst out laughing the second i saw the question and haven't even read the answers yet.

"I walk into his office and confront him head on by telling him that I'm tired of his childish name-calling and it must stop immediately."

I guess that would be the closest one. Except for that one time where i wrote a letter about the person and posted a dozen copies around the business (it was my last day anyways :P). Oh, and that time i got glue all over my pants cause of one douchebag, so i transferred the glue from my pants onto his supposedly 200$ coat (it was old and sh***y, just like my pants were).

^I chose that answer too.

In customer service we learned that you confront them alone then go to the supervisor if it doesn't stop. You can even hold board meetings to warn them and stop anyone siding with them.

Just regurgitating some information...

it says social joker... but it also called me mean spirited... I'm really not. I hate quizzes like these, I wouldn't put much thought into it.

The 'right' answers are obvious, even to those of us who don't usually do those "right" things. Yeah, the test really isn't for anything more than fun.

I agree. If you look at women's magazines, they are full of these tests.

Just for fun, here's a typical question, with a bunch of equally inane answers.

You are at the office Christmas party, and see that a co-worker is wearing the same dress as you. You:

A) "accidentally" spill eggnog down the front of her dress, have sex with her husband, and burn down her house.

B) sneak into your hostess' bedroom and "borrow" one her dresses, hoping she won't notice.

C) lock yourself in the bathroom and stay there until the party is over.

BTW, I got the "social joker" score, too. But hey, at least I'm not going to go and torment all the poor introverts by trying to get them out of their shell, which apparently was the "right" answer to the last question.
