I find it harder to function in general when a weather is a certain weather. I have trouble functioning if the weather is overcast with grey clouds and also find it harder to function if it is raining. Sometimes I get nervous going outside in those weather conditions and sometimes get frightened by the oppressive look of the clouds. I also get extremely tired on days like these.

I function a lot better when things are a lot brighter and prefer sunny days. I can just about handle the heat except for last weekend in the UK it was extremely hot. But apart from that I find I function a lot better on sunny or lighter days.

I am very much the same, basically I need a very mild climate. Spring and Autumn is when I can concentrate the best and feel most happy.

I'm the same way. Oddly, my daughter has light sensitivity so she is much happier on a dark, overcast day. It's funny she should be 180 degrees different than me on this factor.

Even though I function better on a brighter day I also have light sensory issues as well. So on a bright day I have to resort to sunglasses.

I am more prone to brain fog when the weather is warm.

Yeah, it can be harder to function in some weathers. I am heat sensitive and we have had heat wave since May. The inside temperature hasn't been below 25 C for 2 months, and usually 27-29 C. I am drowsy and lethargic all the time now and even the simplest tasks are a chore. It also makes me more easily irritated.

Clothing issues can add to the difficulty of functioning in different weathers.

Heat is not fun. I don't sweat except on my feet and hands. That means, I get very hot very quickly. Any humidex over 35 is no fun at all, it makes everything really tiring and I feel as if I'm running out of steam all the time. There's a heatwave coming too... I honestly can't wait for September/October, when all this heat is (hopefully) gone.

I hate when it's muggy outside. I can't function well.

Wind makes for treacherous conditions when driving. I can handle driving in the rain, but am anxious about driving when the wind is blowing.
