autistic brains are (i am sorry to say) mildy damaged and so autistics are not typical in "normal neuronal discourse".

That bit I have to disagree with. "Autistic", as you had already stated, does not mean "damaged", just different. Also, even those people with "damaged" brains can certainly still be "neurotypical".

i knew i would be challenged on this and i expect more to follow.
you do not perceive what the true meaning of "neurotypical" is. it is undamaged and normally operating brains (as fallible and absurd as they are)
i think there is a myelin sheath strippage in my neurons but i am not too worried because i can prevail and be content.
but i am certainly damaged in a way that i have no "mirror" capacity.
yawning is something that is infectious for NT's. if one yawns, then most of them will also yawn.
i used to sit in rooms where people were playing music and smoking bongs (a studio).
when someone had a full breath of smoke and another person asked them a question and the smoker tried to answer, they sometimes snorted out in an instinctive cough response, but the group all heard it as a "laugh" and they all started laughing too.
i just thought to myself "what a false start that was".
i have no capacity for affectation or empathy of identification with any other person, but i manage to remain cognizant, and i know my brain is damaged in a way that does not affect my intelligence.
