Aspergers people typically have an obsession. For me, its weapons. I also have an interest in business. I ALSO want to create a service and a website. SO, gun shop? I think not. I don't know that much about guns themselves. I know I am obsessed with them. Not from the point of view of harming anyone, or even hunting, just a general fascination since I was 3.

So, how do I combine, Weapons, Business, and a service. Since weapons are frowned on in today's society and people are always looking for excuses to point fingers, maybe an aspie opening a gun shop would not be the best idea.

I also have the problem of big thinking. For me, it can't be a tiny thought. It has to be a big thought, or thing. I always have wanted to run a business, with guns, but I don't know what I should do. I ask myself what do you truly care about. Family, friends, Weapons. Wow, not a long list. If I thought REALLY hard I could probably manage to dig some more things out from the dark abyss of my mind.

I am at the end of my rope.... I just don't know how to combine my thoughts in reality. Maybe a gun shop IS for me, but I doubt it.

What about a gun repair shop? Or, you could work for a gun manufacturer.

Ive thought about that. Maybe, idk. My other interests are computers, games, paint ball, reading, eating (gotta eat), and being with friends. Honestly I would like to steer away from my obsession.

How about a website for locating paintball fields and shooting ranges, and an area for people to rate them? You know, "find gun range near _____", ect.

But if you'd rather aviod guns...... well I have no business sense, I don't know.

it could be done, but right now, discretionary spending (i.e., having enough money in your pocket to start burning a hole in) is at a low ebb. Repairs, etc., probably is a good place to start.

If you're in the US, there's beacoup Federal and State regulations will have to be met. They will investigate you as thoroughly as someone running for office. I'm not sure how they'll deal with the AS aspect of it, but it could be something you'll have to explain.

In Europe, I have no idea, other than I think the regs are even stricter ('ceptin' Switzerland, where you're required to own a gun)

Yes, do dig deeper. An Aspie owning a gun shop is just asking for trouble.

That could work. Invent a better paintball gun or manage events or whatever they do.
What's good or bad about the equipment you've used, and how can you improve it?

So we're back to square-one. Dig deeper.
