Maybe talking a bit too fast despite trying to control myself. Certain things that get said end up with me feeling a certain thing or getting awkward and uneasy
* Changes in diet (limiting sugars, caffeine, overloading on carbs)
* Anxiety medications (prescription, may include marijuana depending on the individual)
* Behavioral work, focusing on taking time and slowing the pace of interaction. I found music helped me in this regard to understand pacing; would also apply to your issue of not completing tasks.
* Finding ways to communicate that are less verbal. One girl I dated, we had fun going to coffee houses and having conversations all in a notebook - nothing spoken. Allowed us to people watch, to have quiet time, to make sure we said exactly what we meant.
