Like you see some item and you MUST have it. To the point were it becomes hard to think of anything else.

Also, do you ever get the idea that getting that thing will solve your problems, only to find out after you get it that A)it didn't or B)you find something else to obsess about right afterwards

I was just wondering.

Last thing I knowingly got fixated on was Portal and Half Life on youtube... Sometimes I get on a subject and maybe go to youtube or research the subject.

Sometimes the same subject in case I've missed anything, sometimes new subjects.

It's happened before. I saw some things today and wanted to have it but the cost stopped me from getting it.

I know how that is, but in the past I went ahead and purchased something regardless of cost.. and is why I ended up in bad debt which I am luckily out of now.. gosh that was a bitter lesson that I did learn fortunately
