Many people develop tics of some sort or other. Some may even "grow out" of those particular motions. Tourette's is completely involuntary (as opposed to stims) and occurs even if the sufferer wishes not to engage in the motion/verbalisation.
Yes, many people with Asperger's also have Tourette's, OCD, ADD, or ADHD.
However, you must be diagnosed by a physician. I would talk to your doctor about the possibility.
Yep I twitch my shoulders, my shoulders and my face (which is annoying coz people thing I'm sending them facial signals!).
I dont think there's much point getting a diagnosis though.
