And by that, I mean:

A) When you're given food you have to dig into to eat properly, and use knives and forks. Do you find it stressful to eat stuff like that?

I have a horrible time at parties and invitations with food, because the fancy foods they get are never my favorites. (Sandwiches and Pizzas, and other straightforward easy foods you just pick up and put in your mouth.)

B) Fixing yourself food. It's so difficult for me to do that I rather stay hungry and just drink stuff to fill my stomach.

C) Variety, and healthy diet. Do you have trouble eating different food every day? Do you find it stressful and difficult to keep track of all different stuff you 'need' to take in order to maintain a healthy diet?

My diet is a complete mess. I don't know what I'm eating. I just eat whatever is available and feel like eating. I wish I could just eat something healthy that I like and eat the same thing every day for the rest of my life.

I fall into routines where I will only eat the same thing everyday / every other day out of the same bowl from anywhere between a week to a year-- and then after that switch to something else.

Oh my goodness, YES! Absolutely. No so much with the utensils, because I don't have a problem with that (although it's been so long since I attended a party. My fear is that people will use things like "fat-free cream cheese" and other ingredients that creep me out). but points B and C are definitely things I struggle with.

Yes, I get stress when: people tell me I'm not using a knife and fork properly

When I got to a restrant and the only thing I can order is chips, I'm paranoid that they all think I'm and unhealthy slob (I'm not, it's just almost everything is wet from sauces, and I have texture issues. The only other option for me is a baked potatoe, and who wants to go out just to eat a baked potatoe)

When I go to a party and there's hardly anything to eat, for the same reason.

I get stressed when my mum and dad get annoyed because I'm eating the same thing over and over again.

Meal planning is a chore, yeah. Thankfully I have a varied diet and no really severe texture issues, so I'm OK there; but boy do I wish it didn't take so much effort to figure out what to eat. Too many choices, dangit!

For Issue C, I make a soup. Covers 3 or 4 food groups - though not often dairy but that is what straight milk is for.

Depends on the food. I have to disect a salad before I eat it or else I will go into sensory overload from all the textures and tastes. I hate spagetti because the sause my mother uses has too strong of a a smell. I wish she would make the sause from scrach. Spagetti is hard enough for me to eat without the smell. Biting into banana peppers or something overly citrisy will give me a migrane. I hate anything lemon flavored. I had a citrus allergy as a kid and wonder if it is coming back.

Same here, I don't like too much variety in food. It makes my digestion system behave badly.

I find food difficult, because I am sensitive to so much food, so there are only certain things I can eat. And also, once I find a food I like and which agrees with me, I tend to eat it all the time, and thus my diet lacks the variety it needs. And at times when I am very overwhelmed, I can resort to eating easy, comforting foods like sour candy and Doritos all day, which is obviously not healthy.

One thing I've found helpful is to make smoothies where I put all kinds of things in it that I know are good for me - fruit, nuts, oats, seeds, yogurt, cacao nibs, etc. I make one big batch of smoothie and I pour it into several cups, put them in the fridge, and drink one every morning for breakfast. So I know that this way, although I am having the same thing every day, it is giving me a variety of nutrients that are good for me. And it is conveniently filling, so I don't feel hungry for a while afterwards.

I eat very selectively. I can eat only one or two sorts of food for weeks (or months, as it happened recently) and it's not very healthy, I guess... But I can't change it. Also I can not eat many things, because they are harmful to my stomach or make me ill (like fried foods or salty foods). I like very spicy foods and very sour foods... Is it weird or what?

Doesn't sound weird to me, because I can totally relate to that. I love spicy foods and sour foods - hence my love of sour candy and Doritos (I only eat the very hot spicy flavour). Textures are also really important to me. I like crispy foods (like Doritos) and firm jelly type foods that I can suck (like sour candy). Actually, the more I think of it, the more it makes total sense to me that I only eat Doritos and sour candy when I'm stressed!
