One of my special interests roads. I enjoy taking road pictures and videos, and especially watching ones from other people.

You could call me one. I like Road Maps/Road Atlases and know many roads in the UK.

I love roads. roads and bridges (I could spend all day riding back and forth the Sund bridge form Malmo to Copenhagen... unfortunately no one is willing to give me such a ride meh, if only I could drive...)

my dad worked on road and bridge construction and I loved to come over to his workplace and watch how it all comes to be.

being on the road is great too, so relaxing to just watch it pass by. nice videos, AspieCard!

I am definitely a road geek.

I'm going to start taking some picture for their Kentucky page. Right now their best pages are for the Western & SouthernEastern states, the KY one was just started last month

Not so much a road geek, probably cause i don't drive. On the other hand i do take pictures of alot of random things, and once recorded myself biking down a very steep hill no hands. So maybe more of a photo-geek instead of road geek.

Going on road trips is one of my favorite things to do.

Love x-country road trips. Like to pick offbeat routes, get local food, listen to local music.

Oooooooh! I'm all excited! I didn't know other people were into roads! So, I guess I'm a road geek, then!

I can't get the Youtube vids to play properly, but the photos are brilliant!

How did you take the photos, btw? I'm almost always the driver, rather than a passenger, so haven't managed to take any photos, but I've loads of images in my head. I especially like on and off-ramps, flyovers and so on. It's all to do with the patterns formed by the lines and horizons intersecting...I'm so excited I can hardly type! Symmetry and asymmetry!

I had been thinking it would be really good to get a tiny camera attached to spectacle frames, or I suppose to the dashboard (but that wouldn't be so good as I wouldn't get exactly what I was seeing) and I could just click whenever I wanted to get an image.

Good pics - makes me feel like travelling.

My obsession is infrastructure and roads are part of that
