I am one and I just can't stand them.

I sympathize. When I was a teenager the boys were way harder on the other boys than the girls were on the other girls. My best buddy, another despised geek like me, had it much worse than I did.

Exactly.

I always hated other boys my age growing up. Still kinda do just not enjoy the company of people my age, being 26. The people i've made friends with now are all older than me, by 5 years at least.

But ya, through junior high/high school I never wanted to be friends with any of the kids my age. Like i actively tried not to be. And it really wasnt a ton of the bully'n, though it was there, I just kinda kringed at the thought of being their friends, hanging out, doing 'stuff'.

As a teen I hated both teen boys and girls. The guys were aggressive jerks and the girls were fake backstabbers. Actually, being raised by a radical feminist mother, I can admit that I am still a misogynist and a misandrist.

Unless they were unusually nice or had ASD themself (the majority anyway), you summed the way most of "NT" teens are like!

And really, that is often how adult males and females are like.

AND tweens AND "young adults" AND "seniors"! I mean LET'S BE SERIOUS!

I couldn't stand preteen girls, I was a preteen girl.
I couldn't stand teenage girls, I was a teenage girl.

Now I can't stand young women and I am a young woman.

Ah, peer groups and fellow females, where would I be without them.

I am a teenage boy myself yet a lot of others annoy me. They just seem to like misbehaving and stuff. Yet a lot of adults think all teenagers are rough and bad, but a lot are nice.

The ''NT's suck!'' bandwagon is fun isn't it?

I really hate these types of threads...they sound so ''Everyone sucks but me!''. Okay, you don't like some people. Thanks for sharing that. Yup. Really.

Yeah and back 9 months ago I went on a forum that were full of "successful work at home moms" that behaved just like 14 year old high school bullies! And the funny thing is, one time I lurked on there and one of the moms was whining about her son being expelled from school because of bullying someone! The apple doesn't fall far from the tree eh?

I don't have any experience except from my private Jewish school, but almost all the kids there were crude/annoying/idiotic or a
combination of the three.

I think people generally act for themselves, etc.... up to perhaps 5 or so, and then develop a personality that plays on others in some way or another. That may then continue FOREVER!! !! ! I have known people in their 70s that act like that! If you will notice, I did NOT make a distinction. As for the "but me" part, I know others ALSO truthfully hate it, and some may be NTs! I didn't make any such distinction.

BTW my little "theory" is simply a FACT! Advertising DEPENDS on it, and often clearly plays on it. HECK, an american(or english) saying is "keeping up with the jones'"!

I never said that, but from my experience many have not been overly nice. There are plenty of those who are under the spectrum that behave the same way, just like there are many "NT"'s that are very nice and open minded... but based on many experiences I have had, many "NT"s are ignorant and remain that way. I am sure plenty of others around here would agree with me. And as far as me not liking some people.. in order for me not to like someone, they have to give me a good reason to dislike them!

Many teenage boys are idiots. Many teenage boys are nice, caring people. Almost all teenage boys can be both, depending on circumstances.

Its sad you havent met any nice ones.
