The candour.
The openness.
These are two qualities that make Asperger's people very special - and I don't mean that in a patronising, 'special needs' kind of a way.

A few months away from this place (purely out of choice) and I realised that it provides me with something I've almost come to develop a psychological dependency on.

IOW, I'm back because I missed it.
Hats off to all the members of WP for making it the great place it is.
And the greatest bit about it is that you make it great because of the way you are.

My only criticism ?
That the 'up' arrow doesn't work when you're composing a post.

Hey Alex, what about a VBulletin upgrade ?
Is there money in the pot for that ?
I'm sure a lot of people would be willing to donate - me for one.

I'm flirting with the idea of making a donation to WP, to support the site financially. Even if I offend someone with the things I blurt out and get banned someday, I have gotten a lot of out of it and I've been wondering if WP is suffering from falling ad revenues, like other media outlets have this year.

I love this place simply because there are other people here who know what it is like to be me, and all have something in common with me. Over the past week it has become like a seond home.

WP is not run on vbulletin,it's a hacked phpbb.

WP is great,best aut/ and asp/ forum/community on the internet.

I like this site because there are people here I like and I enjoy reading posts by them. I also like to stalk profiles sometimes and I do it to people I don t like too.

Yeah this site is addicting even though I don't like everything here.

It is nice to be able to talk about things that I like to talk about for a change. Where else can I find people who will respond to my narrow interests such as apes, aliens, and anarchy all in one place? :lol:
