My goal is to speak at autism conferences around the world, inspiring hope into people with disabilities, telling them that anything is possible if you don't give up. I have others like my business to take off even more, supporting me and my family (so my dad can retire without worrying about money issues), to draw a million pictures of all kinds of animals, to live a long life, to sleep better (some days like today I can't sleep even though I take Valium which is like a sleeping pill- without it I bet I would be up for days on end), for my art cards to be in many zoos and pet stores across the world, for me to get more famous, to get rich ( I want my million dollars!), and there's a few others that I can't think of right now. Like I said before I didn't get much sleep. So what are your goals in your life (maybe some New Year resolutions as well can count)? What are your dreams in life?

I've never had nor been much for 'goals'.

I kinda just take it as it comes.

I'd kinda like to start my own business.
I'd like to get married one day and have a kid or two, but that's highly unlikely.

Right now though, after a bit of thinking I kinda do have a goal. I've started apartment hunting for the first time. And have a goal of trying to get a place on my own by summer. I've been looking through craigslist at apts and rooms to rent. But I'm dreadfully afraid of bills, right now I have my mom who takes care of them all, asks me once a month towards the end for money (and it's just phone, insurance and car). And do that cause I can't time that kind of stuff, need someone else to do it or I wont remember. But I have no friends to move in with and to do it on my own will just end badly. I've been looking at the 'rooms to rent' section, where you're just renting a room and paying one check a month to whom ever. Hopefully will come across a good roomate.

My primary objective is currently the induction of permanent depersonalizion with the use of certain poisons to rearrange my brain.

I have a list of possible occupations I can do. At the top of the list is a job at a depersonalization clinic. Maybe I can specialize in dissociative disorders because I'm getting one deliberately because it's unfair that some people have it and I don't.

I want to publish a novel someday. I'd like to be a full-time writer, possibly. As for my "real" occupation, the one to do before/instead of writing, I'd either like to get my doctorate in Library Science and be a librarian at a university or I'd like to get my masters/med degree and be a pediatrician specializing in neurodevlopmental disorders (if I did that, I'd like to do research).

I would like to smash stereotypes about Autism and make people learn that Aspergers people can have the guts and the skill to make it in this world, and try and be a role model for others.

My goal is to have a goal. And then to not forget it. After that, following through would be nice.

Really though, to have a successful furniture business. Not fancy carved stuff, nor craftsman work, just simple upholstered sofas/chairs. There are infinite possibilities, and only a fraction of a fraction of that has even been explored. I want to rid the world of puffy "old fogey" pieces, as well as "modern" crap that is nothing but squares and clever shapes.

I want to be an author, screenwriter, and photographer (especially one that brings autism awareness in the spotlight through my photography).

My goals are typical. Get a great job, marry a great guy, make a great amount of money, have great kids, have a great house, blah blah blah. I mainly just want to be wealthy though. I also want to live in Atlanta.

All of my goals and dreams have been shattered and destroyed and the ones which still remain are impossible.

My dream is to be un-lonely.

The world is interesting enough, to keep me occupied.

My dream is to marry THE one, and to live all my life without having to think at the future.
the problem is that "the one" doesn't even know....

No dreams, no goals = no dissappointment.

Similar.

But I would like to do all that "conventional" stuff, like getting married, having kids, etc. Probably wont happen, but that's ok too. I'd like to get some writing published, whatever that may be. I have a lot of time yet.
