Well, I hate hot weather and I live in quite hot zone (Middle East), but in Winter, there's no need to use it, it's 15 degrees Celsius...

I only hate the sound of it being on.

I hate everything about it, but mostly the way it makes my eyes all dry and sore and if I can't see properly I meltdown.

It makes me really cold. I'm sensitive to the cold, so I usually turn off the air conditioning if I get the chance.

It's been a long time since I've been aware of air conditioning, so I suppose it must have improved over the years. In the old days, it used to smell funny and make me feel miserably cold.

Air conditioning causes many problems for me. I've had respiratory problems in the past because of it (my previous employer had the air conditioning in my office changed because of it) and the air conditioning at my current work place makes me sneeze all the time and dries up my skin and my throat. Fortunately I don't need any air conditioning at home.

I'm surprised there hasn't been more research about the health effects of air conditioning, because I know a lot of people who have had problems because of it.

It dries out my nose, smells funny and is loud and gives me an over-all sense of malaise... So the answer is, by and large, no.

am get that as well, also v/sensitive to the sound, cant have it on in enclosed spaces especially, such as the car so its a bit of a problem on hot days cause the outside noise means have to choose between meltdown or leave the windows up and overheat.

I'm not particularly fond of it. It's noisey and cold. It makes people fat.
