wikipedia (EQ)

Might be of interest.
So if we use the ability based model do,s that mean we have low EQ?
Using (ESI)which states (IQ) = Emotional intelligence + cognitive intelligence
And aspies have average to above average (IQ)
does that mean we have very high cognitive intelligence ?

What do you lot think of this?

but when has any company ever turned down another way to discriminate?

I think its intresting :lol: i dont think it makes much sense about (IQ) though.
