I can relate to it although I think a lot of those attributes (possibly all of them) can be explained by something other than being 'highly sensitive'. As I once heard someone say..."Look for the most obvious explanation first before you start going on about the supernatural".

I can relate, especially to this one.

Nutritionally, HSPs may need more simplicity in their diet. They may be vitally aware of the effects of food on the health of their body and their emotional stability.

I can relate to, basically, all of them.

I'm in a social anxiety group & there was something very similar posted & nearly everyone in that group could relate, so I don't think so.

Unless everyone of them has Asperger's lol  . (That's meant to be sarcastic, not rude :) .)

That was my first thought, too. Sounds like a less clincal description of AS to me.

I only fit this

Quote:
Physically, HSPs may have low tolerance to noise, glaring lights, strong odors

and this

Quote:
Spiritually, sensitive people have a greater capacity for inner searching.

All the characteristics fit. Especially the low tolerance for noise.

All of those fit me. The first one seems to contradict what some of the experts think about AS (the assumed face/mind blindness thingy). I notice emotions in other people very well. When it comes to social cues it's the unemotional stuff that I don't get, like proper timing, rythm, etc.

I have some contradictions though. Usually I have a very gentle 'not wanting to hurt a fly' personality but I also have a very low frustration tolerance and show my anger more than people would expect.
