I was recently diagnosed with aspergers, at age 22, after there had been questions about getting me a diagnosis since I was 12.

The week before my diagnosis, my parents were treating me strongly as if the diagnosis would mean that then people could "fix" me such that I wouldn't be "broken".

The person who gave me the diagnosis got across to my parents that its not something I'd be medicated for, but I'm still feeling like my parents are being very judgmental.

Any recommendations for books, websites, or such, that are appropriate for parents of people diagnosed as adults, once they were living on their own, but before they were financially separate?
