Is it normal to second guess everything you do? Like wishing I had done/shoulda/coulda/woulda just about everything in my life so far.

Been suffering from massive hives and heart palpitations for the last month from stress over what appears to be a really bad choice when I attempted to return to school. This whole semester my life has been worse than a mess. Wishing I hadn't tried to go back to school. This is going to be my last semester. Is it normal for an AS to feel this way?

I would second guess everything too, but one day I decided to just wing it and see what happened. Better than I thought it would be. I never got hives though.

Doesn't everyone do this?

yes but I think its possible to make peace with the decisions we make although takes lots of practice.

I got hives before when I was really stressed and needing to make a change. actually it took getting hives for me to realise that the situation I was in was causing me frustration.
