I love the opening painting it sums up a lot for me, is the art work by you! anyway an interesting collection of images... if only it was as simply of following a happy road sign, as often my happiness and my world seem to clash with everyone else.

I like this video. It is good to remind ourselves that there are resources, creativity, and things we can do that can help us when the depression seems unbearable, and it is also good to know that others are feeling the same way we are.

When I visit this site I look out for several individual members because usually the things they say and observations they make show a lot of insight and perception.

You have been helpful before, but you’ve just gone to the top of the list. Thank you.

Thank you!

I'm glad I haven't run out of ideas for making videos! I was feeling slightly down and making that cheered me up.

Hm.. I liked it a lot. I tend to get depressed from time to time, I kind of build up stress over time and that give me depressions, especially during the dark season.
It's good for you that you can work with art like this. I play a bit guitar, and that helps me a lot, cause I only seem to get mild to modererate depressions :D

I can get depressed from time to time and I have a very low self esteem. Since my memory is very good I have had my character and skills systematically destroyed by neurotypical people running psychometric tests on me classifying me a 'low average' which would mean "thick" and the big no no for people on the autistic spectrum, the job interview. All this has made me feel a loser since I never been successful in anything. All this never say never from well meaning neurotypicals is a load of crap.

I always saw such videos as a way to glorify depression.
