If someone says for example,

"My car is fast."

I think in my head, well fast is a relative term, or an opinion, it is not absolute, its not concrete
It doesn't sound like a complete sentence, so what is the point?
If there is nothing around it to compare it to, then fast has no meaning?
If there was a car around it that was slower, then yes the car would be fast-er.

So if I am unsure as to what the point of the statement is, then whats the response?
ok? cool? awwwsome duuuuude? The power to weight ratio is 17.72 Lbs / HP, that is about average?

Hmm, well first fo all, you're very cute, but if anyone said to me. "My car is fast," I would dismiss him or her as a boob and go on to a more interesting topic, like astronomy.

"Can you please elaborate?"
or
"You're being vague and I have no clue what you are trying to say."

It was just an example of something one might hear from someone they encounter.

If mining on Saturn's moon Titan, can you net any fuel? On Titan does take more thrust to lift the fuel, then the actual fuel its self ?Or is titans mass low enough that that wouldn't happen?

Racing physics can be comparable to those used in astronomy.
A car going around a corner, or a star going around a black hole.

The tremedous amount of fuel as well as other expenses that would be required in mining and tranporting fuel from extra-terrestrial sources would far outweigh the value of the fuel retrieved.

See? This is why we spectrum people are far cooler than those non-concrete NTs.

If it's a casual conversation, they probably want you to admire their car, or they want to start talking about their car because they like it so much, or to show off. If you wanted to humor them and engage in a conversation, you could say, "Wow, it must be great to take it out on the road. How fast have you driven it?" and then they will tell you some boring story about driving around and going 100 miles an hour on some stretch of road. But that's how NT conversations go. :)

He has mentioned it twice already, so maybe he will again. I'll try that for the next time. Last time I just stood there, paused for a while, and then just said ahh... Its funny because I am interested in cars, I know alot of information about the car, and yet I couldn't come up with anything to say.

No. We are unable to reach Titan with manned spacecraft and will remain so for the foreseeable future. Teleoperation isn't possible across (at best) over an hour's time lag. Mining with robots is an "AI complete" task and also impossible for the foreseeable future. Maybe in thirty or fifty or a hundred years, if someone hasn't decided to play Global Thermonuclear War in the interim.

Am I really the only one here with cars/engines as a special interest? If someone says "my car is fast" I wanna know EXACTLY how fast: quarter mile times, horsepower (wheel not crank), and what they did to make it faster.

i have never been drawn into conversation by something that was made of concrete so i would probably say all the things that i would not bother to say to concrete.

i do not have a habit of talking to concrete and so i would not find any exceptional difficulty in talking to something that was not made of concrete.

Same here, so I might ask, "'Fast', as compared to what?"

To some creatures, even a turtle is fast.
