i have an alter ego, he is - - -

CAPTAIN BRAVE!

every day, a quarter to midnight i get ready, i shoot down the tube, to the lower subterranean levels of my flat. At the bottom of the tube, i have installed automatic mechanisms where motion sensors will detect me, and my super-suit will automatically be wrapped around me, leaving only my mouth. why only my mouth? beats me..

then onto the BraveMobile, and off i go, into the world, to punish wrongdoers, and do what i can to make the world a safer place for everyone!

i am too brave to feel pain or to even suffer any injuries. if fired upon, the bullets will sense my intense bravery, and just give up, and go do something else.

villains can no longer feel safe, crime lords and bandits better beware,
for i am: CAPTAIN BRAVE!

then, at exactly a quarter to six, i return, to my underground lair. god knows how i get my skin-tight super-advanced metal-polymer suit off again, but i do. and im off to bed, stretch, yawn, and lullaby :]

Yep, my alter-ego is comparable.
Grown up, still a save-the-world fantasy, but middle-aged
and if I put it in words, it would come over as boring and pathetic.

That's so sad. I never thought of it that way. Even my favorite fantasy is pathetic.

actually, i did have somewhat of a real alter-ego when i was a kid, its one of my weirdest childhood memories, i was no older than 8-9, during recess, i would prefer to stay in the classroom whenever allowed to

and when i was completely allone (i was a shy, bullied and timid kid, so i have NO idea how this occured to me) i would become "upside-down-man", and turn peoples desks upside down, w their books and pencils etc, underneath, i also turned the chairs, and their backpacks.

i cant remember ever being confronted about it, so i guess i got away with it

uh... it means your emotions stops you from correcting bad behaviour, often because you find the wrong-doer too cute or whatever.
heart/emotions, you dont have "the heart" to yell out something so cute and innocent, for a little misdemeanor :]
