well just i would like to know how everyone deal when feel pity of yourself, i just sometimes feel pity of myself by be asppie, just not know , just happen.

When it used to happen to me I liked to work out. That made me feel more powerful and made the self pity less. Even taking a walk in the fresh air helped my mood sometimes.

just playin a sport has been helpin me and just tryin to keep myself entertained
the feelin ur talkin about usually for me sets in when i lose focus outside myself and begin lookin inward, most likely when u cant achieve a certain goal or do whatever, that thing is gonna live in u so i try not to trigger it too much although itll happen just work on distractin urself
I try to focus on my strengths and what I've done well. Just getting through a normal day is stressful often for autistics, and we need to recognize the achievement of getting through a day.
Immerse yourself in your special interest and in time, you will forget all about it.
