I know I've posted a thread like this before, but I've cracked it.
I'm almost sure I have some sort of Anxiety Disorder, but not just Social Anxiety.
Anxiety feels like a sudden tightness in your chest, almost like a surge of... something. Right?
I feel that 7 or 8 times a day and with no apparenty reason for most of the time.

Can anyone with a DX'd Anxiety Disorder explain to me what it feels like for you. I want to be sure I don't look like an ass when I go to my Doctor about it.

For me, anxiety/depression/mental trauma (all at once, one feeling) felt like indigestion and nausea, and I was also cold and shaking and I wanted to kill myself and my hair started falling out.

look up diaphragmatic breathing on the net. use it for the anxiety. it is a common co-morbid of austism. Anxiety wont kill you and there are things you can do to reduce it. exercise is another help.

cheers.
