Got my personality back a few days ago

The homepathic continues to make progress. i got my personality back only to reallize what a crummy mindset i used to have. i tried integrating it with what i have learned but i just may have ended up damaging myself again.

i tried integrating holistic thinking and light and appreciation for human rights into my old stodgy dark negative self
