I was gonna post these in the TV and Movie section, but then I figured I'd turn this into a serious question. You see, these clips are from a little known Monty Python production called "How to Irritate People" which I discovered by accident on YouTube.

Well, when I saw the first clip that I'm posting here, my brother, who was also watching, smirked halfway and said 'What's the problem? This hit a little too close to home?!'

Much to my shame...this IS the way I often act when asking for a ride into town for groceries. Probably because I don't like facing the possibility of being shot down by my dad...

But this next clip...I didn't need my family to tell me that this is me...I KNOW this is me!

It actually makes me feel uncomfortable watching this...because Cleese's character...is just SO me! I feel that my only purpose is to make sure the people I love are happy...and when I feel that I've upset them, I isolate myself and sink to self-bashing with occasional wrist biting...

So, what do you guys say...do any of these clips hit home with you?
