When I was about 6 years old, one afternoon I lost the ability to move. The Doctor was called but didn't know what to suggest and a few hours later I could move again so it was forgotten about.
Could this have been catatonia, even though this hasn't happened since?
I have Asperger's.

I had that problem when i was on a psych medications called effexor. I would just do my things and then all of the sudden, I would just stop and can not move. I was always "stuck" on movement and in thought. It was horrible.

I experience a similar sort of thing from time to time, where I am physically unable to move. This happens after ongoing overstimulation and pushing my mind beyond its capacity.
