Many actions have textures to me. Don't ask what exactly feels like balloons. Playing single notes is like many seperate balloons. Strumming is one big balloon.

Am I a savant musician? No.

it feels like playing guitar to me...;)

on occasion, the 'squeak' of moving up the fretboard by sliding your hands over the strings annoys me, but that's probably a different subject...;)

There's something rubbery about that (I know it's metal). I can feel it inside me.
