Anyone like Chess?

I don't know if this is an Aspie trait but this is one of my favourite games and it really suits me. I like to play tournaments online on a website called gameknot. I also used to play for my county when I was younger.

When I was your age and a bit younger I used to play chess a lot. My best friend and I played many games. Then in high school I played some against some older kids at school. Then I got one of the chess computers (we're talking back in the 1980s) and played it a lot. Then I began researching a little in books on strategies used in some famous games in big tournaments of the past. But now, I haven't played a game in a long time. But I would like to get back into it sometime.

I started playing when I was 5, got hooked at 7. Played actively till I was 13 and i got provincial colours. Then I got burned out by constantly going to tournaments every weekend, the constant traing etc. I continue to play even today but just socially.

I don't play it as I don't know the rules. When I was younger I played with this little girl and I didn't have a clue what I was doing so I made up my own rules and she took my word for it

I mildly enjoy Chess, but I'm not very good at it. The game is too boring to look at for me to really be able to delve into it. I'm a bigger fan of war/strategy games like A Game of Thrones, Axis & Allies, and Britannia.

I use to play chess allot but over time I couldn't find anyone around that wants to play it.

I like to play and I used to be on the chess team when I was a little kid but these days I get easily frustrated with it if I make a bad move and get kinda violent. Droids may not rip people's arms outta their sockets when they lose but I do.

I play "Chess Titans", which came with this computer when I'm browsing the 'net or typing. I like it enough. Plus, I've played some form of chess on most computers I've had ever since the first one awhile ago.

I prefer WinSPMBT for my strategy fix, however.
