hmmm Aspies have good motivation? I can't say i've experienced this so I won't put it. I wish I did have good motivation.
Not to insult any other disorder,because I have great sympathy for disorders to be quie frank,
but I think having Aspergers is such a remarkable gift if used correctly in this strange confusing world of ours. We definitely have an advantage in every part of the brain besides socializing than the Neurotypicals. But socializing is so over rated and emphaized that I feel if the world were runned by Aspies than we'd have discovered all the mysteriously unknown questions out there. Intellectually socializing would be highly accepted than that of small talks and meaninless conversations. I'm glad I am reassured of these advantages that you see posted above because sometimes these Nts really can do a number on you and put you at a disadvantage on many aspects of life...

No, I actually tend to lose interest in most things very quickly. I go from one objective to another; so I often accomplish very little, especially since I don't get much enjoyment from doing most things.

I voted for this because I think it fits me somewhat.

INTERNAL MOTIVATION

I tend to be internally motivated except that I am highly dependent on external reward: pleasurable sensations, meeting a goal, etc. For example, I have little ability to persist at making sample webpages because I cannot foresee getting any clients with them anyway (thus no reward), or the reward would be extremely delayed.
ATTENTION TO DETAIL
Your ability to remember and process minute details without getting lost or overwhelmed gives you a distinct advantage when solving complex problems.
I can be either extremely meticulous or extremely vague; this may be do to poor wiring between the hemispheres at the corpus colloseum.
3-DIMENSIONAL THINKING
Your ability to utilize 3-dimensional visioning gives you a unique perspective when designing and creating solutions.
I have a much higher Verbal IQ than Performance IQ, and I am cruddy with visualization.

I do tend to be swayed by my desires and emotions, but I am generally pretty logical.
