I chose Foreign Films, not just because I like them, but because I wanted to pick something that maybe others might not choose. I wanted to be different. Anyways, I have just discovered the genres of Foreign and Indie (Independent films) and I love them. Foreign because of the cultural aspect and Indie because of the storylines that they have.

I like a few dramas, lots of romance, not a lot of comedies. and depending on the story, some mysteries. I'm actually a huge fan of the older movies(say like from the 1940s-till about the 1970s).

Those are basically the genres that I like the most.

I thought the porn genre would be slightly more popular. But I guess I was.

I'd be interested to hear what people consider a foreign film? I mean I'm Canadian, should I call American films foreign? (Because they are foreign films.) I really enjoy movies of the Spy genre. Comedies and Dramas alike.

Yeah, nobody's voted for it yet! I'm surprised, too. But if nobody voted for it by tomorrow I'll begin to suspect SOME PEOPLE ARE LYRING IN THE POLL! ;)

I'm just kidding. I know many Aspies can be pathologically honest, and I don't doubt the truth of the voting in the poll. I just wanted to be ridiculous.

I'd say that a foreign film would be anything that isn't made in your country. Like, I'm from the USA and so, I would consider anything in a different language as well as english (provided that it was made in like Canada or somewhere else like that). Foreign films may take place in the U.S where I live, but the movie itself was made in a different country.

Hmmmm... that's hard to say. I couldn't vote because Drama and Comedy are kinda tied in first place for me. There's some of my favorite films which are dramas, like Shine and Shadowlands, and then's others of my all-time favorites which are comedies, like Clue and Young Frankenstein.

And I also like Horror, SciFi/Fantasy, Cartoons, and Suspense/Mystery, too. But I've never been a big fan of Action/Adventure unless it's something like Indiana Jones.
