I always find that rainy weather makes me feel super anxious, as in my worries seem really huge when it is raining, but when the rain eases, those same worries seem to shrink back down again to their regular size. Things like if I have an exam coming up that I am already stressed about, if it rains, the stress grows to mammoth proportions.

I don't know whether it is the change in air pressue that does it or what, but it's the strangest thing. It is quite annoying too. I didn't think that people were sensative to changes in barometric pressures. Maybe they are?

It's not because I'm scared of my house leaking, or being washed away, or tornadoes or a flood either.

On the other hand, when it is cold outside, I really enjoy being indoors, reading books or on my computer or watching tv all snuggled up warm. So when it's raining, I look forward to being inside, all warm and snuggly, but my anxiety goes through the roof.

I'm sensitive to barometric pressures, but not in a bad way. I like feeling the changes in the air.

Also I'd guess maybe it has to do with what you're "used to" because it rains here all the time and that doesn't phase me at all, but extreme humidity, and sometimes extreme cold (both things we don't see often), can drive me nuts.

I love rain and cloudy skies. It makes me calm and dreamy.

Not for me. Very bright, sunny days can be overwhelming for me. After a few of those in a row, I find overcast skies and rain very relaxing.
