A summery of the ada

Does anyone know where I can get a summerized version of the ada. It is kind of hard to understand and my adhd doesnt help ether. If you guys know where a summery would be that would be great. I am just wanting to know what my rights are mainly for the work place. Thank you.

I think Google works in Canada, though, I just typed in ADA in Canada and got this
