Has anyone read this book yet? I'm about half way through and it's really hitting home on all points. I've used the "Plan B" method and it actually works for my son.

I haven't read it but I'm intrigued. What's the Plan B method?

Post natal abortion?

That was a joke.

No, I don't plan on getting the book. 9 times out of 10 avoidance of the meltdown trigger works for me, and that 1 time that's unavoidable will be avoided in the future.

That sounds like the book I got at a Goodwill store. I read parts of it and liked the solution part where you asked the child "What can we do to solve this problem?"
