Typical AS trait. I have had about 3 pairs of the same brand of shoes. I love my Macbeths. I also bought the exact same jacket yesterday but in a different colour.
It's not wrong, it's just a little quirk we have.

A little more than six-and-a-half years ago after I liked a pair of shoes I tried on, so someone who knew me bought them for me as a Christmas gift.

When those wore out I looked on the internet and found a pair of the same style and same color from the same maker.

When those wore out I did the same.

When those wore out I did the same again, but instead I bought three pairs of the same type, since having three pairs would mean that they would each last longer. I wanted to get even more but couldn't find any.

A few months ago one of the pairs had broken, and I wanted a new pair of shoes to replace it. I looked many places but couldn't find the same style in the same color. I could find the same style with different colors but I didn't want the other colors. I finally got a pair of a different style.
