One thing that has bothered me is that I've had trouble distinguishing if I'm feeling a crush or I just admire the person.I get these certain feelings alot.when I hit puberty I was very jealous of the other girls.at the same time I felt something towards them, but I'm not sure if that is a crush or just admiring them.I didn't have this feeling towards a friend in highschool, but it got very close to actually sleeping in the same bed. There was times I wanted to leave him, but my feelings wouldn't let me.I did alot of stuff that I saw alot of girls doing for their boyfriends such as waiting for the person to get out of class.I was always submissive to him.I didn't think of it like that at the time though.

Figuring out the difference between a crush (or love for that matter) and simply an increased interest can be horrendously difficult.

Once I find out how to make that distinction (and an actual question is presented on your part :P ) I'll share my findings. But don't expect an answer any time soon.

Yeah. I have the exact opposite problem. Apparently my "I want to be friends" mannerisms read as "I want you." instead. It makes me sad because it makes things awkward.

Well, I have done the same for friends or strangers. Friends SHOULD do things like wait, etc... It is NOT necessarily submissive. Did HE do the same for you? He MIGHT have! If he did, you and he were submissive to one another. That isn't submission, but a kind of respect.

I mean other stuff like letting him carve messages on my back with a razor and I'd do stuff for him
