Spaghetti, a green apple, and coffee.

Chicken with tomato and onions sauce, some mushrooms added to it.

Green salad with pickle gherkins.

Lots of bread.

An apple and a glass of watter.

I went for a little walk afterwards.

An apple pie and a cherry pie that I got at the gas station for a dollar.

3 1/2 potato pancakes with ketchup.
2 lemon squares.
1/2 box Kraft Thick 'n Creamy Macaroni & Cheese.

red grape juice with water, warmed
black coffee
a few pistachio nuts
some potato and cabbage and bacon soup
marzipan
apple juice
more soup
banana

I had a fried egg in the morning, and two cheeseburgers for dinner.

Cereal and a healthy Quesadilla!

Broccoli casserole and grapefruit.

nuts
chocolate
banana

today was really uninspiring but i think tomorrow might be tuna and sardine salad which i love!!

Two bread slices spread with olive oil, one with honey and poppy seeds and the other with blueberry jam.
Black coffee.

Two fried eggs with mushrooms.
A glass of water and an apple.

Some dry plums and almonds.

Sausages fried with onions, boiled potatoes, bread and salad.
A glass of water an apple and a pear.




I wonder if I am eating to much.

I had two ham sandwiches for lunch and will be having a cheeseburger for dinner once again.

Crunchy Nut

Cereal and a lunchable!! ! So tasty a lunchable.....

I had a bag of chips, a bowl of chili, some cheese fries, and a slim jim.

Grape fruit, oatmeal, and chicken soup.
