Now to answer just a few of the numerous questions asked, and respond to some of the posts with what I know from my five years in the otherkin community:

In my opinion they could be considered "close", but I think faerie is closer to angel as opposed to dragon. Of course, you must also consider that there are two main "classes" of fae (as commonly accepted). These are the two courts, the Seelie, and the Unseelie. If you are "Seelie", you would be more stereotypical "angelic" personality, which was the only one I used. I might eventually go back and put in "fallen angel", but that is a lot of effort, at the moment, especially since the test *is* a tad buggy.
Also (going back to your idea of fae being similar to angels) fae are sometimes considered fallen angels, although I personally do not believe this to be the case.
As for dragon being similar...the draconic personality seems to be (again, stereotypically) a bit "high and mighty", as many angels seem to be. Of course, this is just an observation, and is not true of all.

Do you mean "want" as in just like the idea of being a kitsune? Or do you mean that kitsune is what you are, but you didn't score that? If it's just want, it may not actually be what you really are. We're not always what we want to be. If it's because you actually are a kitsune (or at very least, identify as one), this test is not going to be entirely accurate. I did my best, knowing, of course, that it wouldn't be the "tell all" "end all". There's always a possibility (strong possibility) that the test is wrong if you feel it is.

Yes, I noticed this as well not too long ago. It was one of my first tests (if not my first) using the okcupid test maker, so it could easily be buggy. I'm going to have my boyfriend (like I said in a previous post) look over it when he gets a chance. He works tech support, and is quite good at it.

Machine-kin and starseeds *are* fairly new topics of discussion in the community, and both debatable, even "taboo" in some areas of the community. Given my open-mindedness, however, I decided to include them nonetheless.

Hm...I checked the quiz. It took me a little while to figure it out, but I don't think I meant it to be a yes or no question. It was just worded badly. I did edit it to say "Do you think your energy is chaotic and/or polymorphic?", but it was a toughie, frankly, and I'm not yet sure that will be the final wording.
Regarding not knowing whether your energy is chaotic or polymorphic, just put "unsure", which I'm assuming you did. This test is mainly meant for otherkin, or those familiar with the concept. Otherkin generally don't feel that they are entirely human in identity, spiritually, or mentally, and those who are serious about it, tend to put a lot of introspection into exactly *what* they are. Thus, "energy feel" is sometimes, if not often, part of the process of self discovery. Most otherkin have at least some idea of how their energy feels due to that, and that there is a distinct difference in how they feel a lot of the time, as compared to most.

Otherkin isn't "lore", it's actually quite a new concept (although in various cultures there have been some similar beliefs). Belinda pretty much explained it with the wikipedia link.

Again, this test is not 100% accurate. It's just supposed to be more accurate than most of the other tests out there concerning otherkin. By the way, Belinda is right, "goat kin" would fall under the category of "therian".
Now for final notes:
I noticed a lot of people scoring "machine-kin", which is understandable as many machine-kin traits can be associated with autistic spectrum disorders, specifically Asperger's. This just goes to show that more than a simple "test" is needed in order to find yourself.

74 on human... But I'm not a regular human... I thought that that was apparent.
My results, adjusted to add to 100 instead of 218:
Human: 34%
Demon: 8%
Angel: 1%
Polymorph: 4%
Therian: 3%
Faerie: 5%
Elf: 7%
Dragon: 9%
Shadow: 2%
Kitsune: 2%
Machine: 20%
Starseed: 5%
If I'm only 33.94% human, then that would explain a lot... Or I could just be weird.
